Come out for another stop on the "Independent Thinkers Tour!"

Join us at Auditorium Shores as Austin celebrates the opening of the FIFA World Cup 2026™! We are fanning out around the grounds to collect the signatures needed to get Mike Collier (Independent for Lt. Governor) on the ballot. With thousands of soccer fans gathering for the Mexico vs. South Africa (2PM) and Korea Republic vs. Czechia (9PM) matches, this is a massive opportunity to bring more choice to the Texas ballot.

The Plan:

  • 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM: We will be petitioning outside and around the main entrances as fans arrive for the 2 PM kickoff.

  • Intermission/Grounds Roaming: We will have a shaded "homebase" nearby for volunteers to cycle through.

  • Post-Match Blitz: We’ll be back at the gates as the early crowds depart and the evening fans arrive.

Where to find us: Look for the purple Forward Party shirts and Collier campaign gear near the main entrance of Auditorium Shores (900 W Riverside Dr). We will share our exact "homebase" location via email/text to all RSVPs on the morning of the event.

Can you sign the petition? To sign the petition for Mike Collier, you must be a registered voter in Texas who did not vote in either the Democratic or Republican primary (or the primary runoff on May 26th).
